Edelman Atlanta, in collaboration with Edelman NYC’s EXD team, crafted a unique two-day experience designed to showcase the future of smart home technology to key members of the media. Hosted in NOHO, Manhattan, the activation allowed press from high-profile outlets like Digiday, Adweek, AdAge, HGTV, Martha Stewart, and Architectural Digest to experience hands-on demonstrations of the latest in smart home innovations… all available at The Home Depot.

The event featured a series of interactive puzzles and installations, each highlighting different product categories—from smart door locks and security cameras, to Google Homes, Wemo outlets, Hue light bulbs and a stunning array of over 250 individual Nanoleafs. products were pre-set into the space, offering attendees an immersive environment to experience how these smart products can seamlessly integrate into their daily lives.

With the goal of fostering deeper connections between media members and the brands behind the technology, attendees were invited to engage directly with product vendors and The Home Depot team, gaining valuable insights into the products, their functionality, and the future of the smart home category.
